The Indiana On Tap Tasting Society is a group of Indiana craft beer & beverage lovers who convene once monthly to enjoy unique Indiana craft beer, wine, mead, cider, art, music and more. No two monthly events are the same.

The goal of these events is to showcase our state's fine breweries, wineries and artisans by bringing something special and different to our audience at each event.  The events are intimate--it isn't a festival. Attendees will have a one-on-one opportunity to talk to these brewers and winemakers about their offerings to really get to know them better.

The event is also Indiana's premier venue for trading rare and hard-to-find beers from all over the state and the nation. Plan your trades in advance on the Indiana On Tap Beer Trading Forum or meet new people at the event for trades. While bottle trading can be planned and discussed at the event, the actual trades cannot take place inside of the event itself but must take place in the parking lot. Attendees who facilitate trades will be allowed to re-enter the event throughout the event.

The October Tasting Society event will be held on Friday, October 23rd and will feature Northern Indiana breweries Burn 'Em Brewing of Michigan City and Bare Hands Brewery of Granger.  We are also excited to announce that Indianapolis brewery Big Lug Canteen, (opening planned for 10/12) will also be introducing and pouring their beer as well.

Our featured winery will be Foyt Family Wines. Foyt Family Wines produces award winning wines from Napa and Sonoma showcasing the legendary motor sport career of race car driver A.J. Foyt.  Foyt wines opened the Foyt Wine Vault in Speedway earlier this spring on Main Steet in Speedway to much acclaim.

We will also be a featuring a unique opportunity for attendees to learn more about and/or purchase up to 7 different types of rare cigars that can be paired with this event's craft beers. The Working Man's Cigar Shop of Indianapolis will be on hand for attendees to learn more about these unique 'craft beer cigars'....many of which are actually rolled with different varieties of included hops. Cigars may be responsibly smoked in the parking lot for anyone interested.

Our featured musical guest will be Indianapolis-based fan favorite, The Ukuwailers--the result of a perfect blend of 90's Hip Hop and the Ukulele. Simply put, there is nothing like these guys anywhere else. You have to see it (and hear it) to believe it.

The featured artist will be Indianapolis-based mixed media artist, Joe Leavell.

For you food-lovers, get excited...The Scratch Truck (food truck) will be serving our hungry attendees with their amazing, buzz-worthy menu of mouth-watering sandwiches and more!

As usual, you can expect a handful of other surprises that will make this event truly one-of-a-kind.

Tickets for the event will cost only $12.50 per person if purchased online and in advance. Tickets at the door will cost $15. Upon entry, each attendee will receive 12 tickets, each good for a 3oz. tasting pour from any of the breweries or the winery. Or, four tickets will get you a 12oz pour. Additional tickets will be on sale for just $2/ticket.

Attendees will be required to drink responsibly and plan their transportation to and from the event.
