South Bend, Indiana native Delta Dave Snyder (deltadavesnyder@gmail.com) is a Delta Blues musician. A master slide guitarist and Delta-styled finger-picker, Dave displays the traditional technique of striking bass lines with his thumb while plucking melody lines or implied chords with his forefinger tricking the ears into believing that two guitarists are performing when in reality there is only one. Dave displays this technique in both standard guitar tuning and in multiple open guitar tunings.
